Local orders are delivered via ACS couriers free of charge within one business day after the receipt of payment.
Deliveries are made to homes except for limited areas specified by ACS courier.
Please note we do not ship to post office boxes.
We offer international shipping to all destinations via TNT couriers at a flat shipping rate of 30 Euros per order. All orders shipped are insured against theft and/or accidental damage.
In the unlikely event that the cost of dispatching your order significantly exceeds the shipping fee charged to you, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss the additional cost and on very exceptional cases cancel your order.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
The customer is responsible for payment of any VAT, customs duties and related charges applicable to their order upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot inform you of what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary for every country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.
If for any reason you do not pay the import or duty charges, then we have the right to charge you for any additional cost that might be charged to us.
Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item that you paid duty for, we are unable to refund the duty as it is not collected by us.
Our website prices are in Euro, payments and refunds are invoiced in Euro. Final amounts charged may vary due to currency fluctuations and bank commissions. To receive the accurate amount please contact your bank.
