Refund & Return Policy
We are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased on the website (excluding SALE items). Your returned item must reach us within 14 days after your delivery date. This 14-day period does not include shipping. We recommend that you request to return your item within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives to us within 14 days.
Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund (shipping costs excluded) provided that you fill in the return form, receive approval for return and comply with our returns policy stated below.

RETURNS POLICY
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached in the original packaging and with the purchase receipt.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags where provided and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
Lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, you will be notified via e-mail. If your return is approved then your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card within two weeks.
FAULTY ITEMS
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, email us at boutique@fourseasons.com.cy with a photo of the defect as well as your personal and order details. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
